First Course:
Roasted Poblano & Corn Taco - Charred poblano, sweet corn, queso fresco, and cilantro-lime crema on a mini corn tortilla.
Second Course:
Chipotle Chicken Tinga Taco - Slow-simmered chicken in chipotle-tomato sauce, served with avocado crema and pickled red onions on a soft flour tortilla.
Third Course:
Pork al Pastor Taco - Marinated pork with grilled pineapple relish and cotija cheese on a toasted corn tortilla.
Fourth Course:
Mexican Chocolate Tostada - Crispy cinnamon-sugar baked flour tortilla round topped with cinnamon-chili chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and a dusting of cocoa and sea salt.
